Chronic How do you get all those separate pictures in one?

I know my Hero 3 has these options, but i dont know how to do that! would be a cool Computer background.

Holland, you take the different shots (I use 30 shutters per second) that look best together than use a program (even MS paint works for this) and just cut yourself out of each frame and then post in another until you have a sequencwe that looks good. You'll see it's really easy once you do it once
