sadly neither were played live
WHAT?!? They started out with Numb/Encore then switched to Yesterday.

POA/99P/OSC has always been my favorite I believe, and probably always will be. It was kinda disappointing that they didnt play more of just LP or LPJZ in there. Gotta love Mike on the piano though. :D

Right now I'm encoding it as an AVI with the volume up about 985% of what it was originally, and it's still low, so I will have to try and do it again before I get distortion.

Oh, and 985% was the max. I will then re-encode it into a more size managable format and smaller resolution (sorry). I will try to keep size and picture quality in mind. And thanks for the welcome.

You rock!, and the bigger the resolution, the happier I am, but do what works best for you. ;)

Although like I said, a second vers for the iPodizzle would rock too.

I'm in the process of downloading your version. I too recorded it, but I didn't record it through my TV, but through my awsome TV tuner. However, I am in the process of increasing the volume. When that is done, I will re-encode it as a smaller file (right now it sits at 158.9 megs).

EDIT: I just realized you uploaded just an mp3 of it. I may upload an MP3 of it ripped straight from the video.

Here is what I'll do. I'll upload them as they're ready. I'm doing the final re-encoding of the volume (is much, much, much, louder then before with no distortion that I can tell). As it is right now, it's encoded as an .avi (which is uncompressed) since VirtualDub only encodes in that format from what I can tell. I have a couple of other programs that I can use that will encode it into another format (Don't expect this to be a 9 meg file). After that is done, I will then encode into a 320x240 (the native screen resolution for iPods) MP4 (Mpeg4) format for video iPods. For you 56K users, this will be the smallest format and it should play easily in Windows Media Format. As of now, i have I believe all of Linkin Parks music videos in MP4 format, some of Rock AM Ring 2004 and 2001, and all of Live8 in that format as well. Maybe tommorrow, I will rip the audio from it if someone else hasn't done so.

Yeah their performance rocked. I thought it was neat how they brought in Paul McCartny and have him do a duet of Yesterday with Chester. The Grammys are for once in a lifetime duets, and to me it was one of best Ive ever heard. BTW way to go LP n JZ for their grammy. They totaly deserve it.

Here is the Mpeg format. It is in 320x240 (I accidentally captured the video in 320x240 format, but you can view this at 150% and still have good image quality). The sound is much louder and still clear. If you want to host it on a more reliable site, please do, all that I ask is you give me credit for capturing and spending well over and hour making it presentable.

About 37 megs (so the size worked out well and the quality is still pretty good in my opinion).

About 23 megs:

I should have the iPod version real soon. Check this same post because I will update it instead of making another post.

EDIT: Added the iPod file. I apologize for it not looking great on the iPod. The iPod is 16 bit colors (contrary to 32 bit on your screen), so it does a bad job at doing gradients (gradually changing from one color to another) and is horrible with doing black anything that isn't a consistent black, which causes it to look bad. Most of the time it's not noticable, but since this was in a very dark room (darker then anything I've ever seen in this instance), it just makes the flaws with 16 bit color really noticable).
