LPF Chat problem

No, ATLien has powers (that sounds weird "powers' but you know what I mean"), too. But they just added Vash and Mouse to admin position to help out.

I was thinking more along the lines of HP, lol. But, yeah, I will see what I can do to get this fixed.. I know we have brought this up before, but how do yall feel about a shoutbox.. I know core said he was going to put one up, but never did, and I personally like those better.

Yeah when we asked before it was a very popular idea all round... I still think it would be much better than a chatroom (that doesn't even work most of the time).

Contrary to many sad stories, I love the LPF Chat and I really think its a good idea to keep it going.

The LPF chat was the only place where I ever got to talk to LP_Author...and we struck a friendship through it.

Could we possibly go to an older chat client, with less features, to ease its use for all users and keep glitches at a minimum?

I think that would be a good compromise.

I would be my assumption that if we rolled back to an older version of chat, it would pose some security threats, and leave the chat system vulnerable to hacking.

It would still be better than the piece of **** we have now

On the part with rolling back chat client that would most likely create bugs in the system and we will end up like we did before we updated to LPF 4.0 and have a bunch of spam (****, surveys ,etc.)

*sighs* what the ****, who ever owns this site really needs to pay attention to our needs if he expects everyone to stay around...
