like, in the library the other day, I was reading this book and this baby starts wailing in a huge silent building and the cry is echoed. and it TOTALLY shatters my concentration. and the mother didn't even do anything about it until like 10 minutes. either that or it shut up

yeah. i mean, i'd rahter them go under. so i can know that they're like.. mental.. or old or something. but THE speed limit. i guess it's because they're like "look at me.. im following the law." and im like "HEY. get a grip on life and GO FASTER."

I guess it all depends on my mood, sadly. If I'm energetic, I want to speed. But usually I try to stick with in the 5 mile range. *shrug* Lemme tell ya, rush hour's when my bad side comes out
