But that is the problem, let me give you an example, today I pointed out to RO that he was accusing me of beating a dead horse but I was not the only guy responding on the topic. Even snaff was making similar points and yet I am the only person called unreasonable.

Most of you have made up your minds that I can never say anything good so you fill in the blanks with what you want me to be saying instead of what I actually say. I cannot defend against things I have never done, these things you think I have done are in your own mind.

You take a small thing I do say, wrap it in things I never said then act ****** off that I said it.......well again I cannot defend myself from things "YOU" say, I can only respond to things I do say.

And yep, that's me making grandious stories of building mosques, building Canadian doctor's offices (it's funny how you're always involved in building something related to the discussions you have with people on these boards... ) am a volunteer firefighter, have a heating & cooling business, "among a couple other businesses", work in sales and everything else, yet I'm always at these boards spending countless hours on novel sized responses on anything and everything under the sun. Yep, that's me!

You do know that there are these businesses where companies build commercial buildings right? I mean, do you think they just sprout out of the ground all by themselves?

I work at a company who builds a wide range of buildings. Consider every kind of building you have been in and my company has more than likely built something similar. Why does it seem difficult for you to understand that I have exposures in many kinds of construction projects?

I actually have residual income from over 15 businesses I have been involved in building from scratch. Some with partners, some not. My usual pattern is to get the business making money then sell it off to someone where I retain anywhere from 5 to 10% ownership interest. Yes, I have had a few failures as well, but we learn more from a failure than a success.

I will go ahead and give you another tidbit you can call me a liar about, I now have my GC license because I got tired of being a sub to everyone else.

Work smarter, not harder.
