~~Chesters’ car~~

Mel sat in the passenger seat as Chester flew down the highway, as he sat there trying to hear Fox’s mind floating around like it normally did. Mel lifted her nose to the air and tried to smell her sister that was closer to her than her own twin. Chester gasped as he heard his daughters mind calling out for him. “Mel, we have bad news. Your sister has just met the most powerful vampyre before she was suppose to and now she is wondering around a graveyard alone, and somewhat nervous.” Mel starred at her sisters’ father wondering how the **** he knew that. Chester grinned wickedly. “ I know that because vampyres can hear thoughts of others. It can get kinda annoying at times though.” He laughed. He turned the steering wheel violently to the left and headed to the outskirts of town.

~~Graveyard~~

I sat about thirty feet in the air in an old tree, feeling it move with each blow of the wind. Suddenly, I heard a car in the distance, and I could tell that it was my father and my sister, I could hear them talking. The car came to a stop at the entrance to the burial ground, and my tall, skinny, blond (at the moment) father stepped out of the drivers’ side door. My sister, Mel, the one whom I was closest to out of all my siblings, got out after Chester. My father looked to the tree that I was hiding in; I followed his gaze upwards to the exact spot where I hid. Then, as if lighting, my father was at my side, sitting next to me, leaving Mel to walk to the tree. “So Fox, I see you met Marcus. I don’t want you to come back here till you’re ready. Do you understand?” I looked up to my father, and nodded. “I didn’t mean to make anyone scared when I ran away. I needed to get a grasp on what happened to me. I needed to get a new mind about everything. Sorry Dad. Didn’t mean to worry you or Rav. Rob, on the other hand, I still don’t care.” I said, spitting out of the tree, my spit landing right in front of my sister. “Hey Fox! Watch it will ya?!” she screamed. I rolled my eyes and jumped out of the tree. My dad followed me and we all walked back to the car. “Dad, what about this vampyre and werewolf meeting thing you were talking about?” I asked as we got into his car. He chuckled. “Well Fox, there is a group of vampyres and a group of werewolves in the L.A area all of whom answer to one person. The vampyres answer to Marcus and the Werewolves answer to Luciuas. They are both extremely old and I do believe that you met Marcus not a few minutes ago. We are to meet to make the two of you official members. Aren’t you two lucky?” he asked sarcastically. Both Mel and me laughed as he sped off in the direction of Robs’ house.

Nice. This has a real Vampire Chronicles meets Underworld vibe going on here... (Rav wants to be Selene - haha) But seriously, a nice entwining of the two really. Can tell you've been inspired... well written. Can't wait for more, you know me.

-Rav :D

Can't go wrong really - they're both cult classics of sorts. And the fact you're putting your own personal spin on it makes it more accessible. Gotta love that. Post more when you can, please. I know you're a busy lady, but still... I'm the impatient type. You outta know that by now!

*hugs*

~~Robs’ House~~

Rav was completely hysterical thinking of what could happen to her girls. They could have gotten lost, hurt, or worse; they could be just find and not wanting to come home! She couldn’t bring herself to think of anything else but the safe return of her daughters. Sarah, Vi, Rob, and Mike were trying their best to make Rav feel somewhat better. “Listen Babe. Chester is Foxes father, if anyone can get her back, its him.” Rob said. “Yea mum. Don’t worry, they’ll be walking through that door before you know it.” Added Vi. Rav ignored their comments until she heard the phone ring. She stood still until Rob went over to answer it, then she was right behind him, trying to listen to the conversation. “Rav, back off. I can’t hear with you breathing in my ear.” Rav reluctantly backed away to stand at the kitchen table. Rob returned to the phone call. “Yea, uhuh, I see. All right, I’ll let her know. Yea, how soon? Okay! See ya soon.” Rob turned around with a huge smile across his face, his face showing relief and joy. “That was Chaz. He said that Mel and Fox were both safe and he was bringing them home right now, they are about ten minutes away. Rav, you got your wish. They are coming home!” he said holding onto Ravs shoulders as she cried out of pure relief.

**Ten minutes later**

My father walked up to the house of my family, Mel behind him, and me at the end. I didn’t really want to go back to the family. Chester knocked on the door, waiting for somebody to open the door. After what seemed to be a lifetime, somebody opened the door to the house at long last. It was Vi, and he opened it with a big smile, “Well, look what the cat dragged in?” he said grinning. Chester laughed as he walked in with Mel and me trailing behind him. I held my head high, showing no signs of regret for what I did, and I had a feeling that Rob was about to yell at me some more. I walked into the living room and Vi closed the door behind me, still having the same grin on his face. My mum was sitting at the kitchen table and looked up as soon as the door closed. When she looked up, she was sad, but when she saw whom it was, her face held a smile. “Fox, Mel! You are all right! I was so worried!!!” she came and hugged us both, but I didn’t want her to. I still despised any physical contact with people whom bug me. I wriggled my way out of my mothers grasp and backed away, moving to my fathers’ side. “Mum, can I live with dad sometimes? Then I’ll come back here and live. Can I mum? Please?” I asked softly. Rav looked at Chester and me in shock. “Well hun, I don’t know. Maybe if we talk about it, we can work something out. But why? Why now?” I looked up and saw my father stare at the one whom raised me. Rob looked as if he didn’t care. “Babe,” he said. “I’ll explain it later alright? It’s a long story. Fox, for now, you’ll live here and can go and visit Chaz whenever you want. How’s that?” I nodded my head. I telepathically told my dad to cheer things up a bit. He agreed to it and said out loud, “Hey everyone! How about a BBQ? I’ll cook!” Vi spoke up this time, “This late at night? What are you nuts?” Chester laughed wickedly, “Why yes I am. Come on everyone! To the back yard!!!” and with that we all went to the back yard and Chester started to cook steaks, hamburgers, and hot dogs. Mel and I were playing around the trees. I looked around, picked up a stick, and threw it. “FETCH!” I screamed, and Mel couldn’t help herself and went in search on the stick.
