New CD info (LP CD, no solo stuff)

First off, i wouldn't believe this article if i were u guys. Mike has always said that the fans and the music were the band's main concern, and this vitos the fact of "recording secretly" because they would want the fans and especially LPU members to start promotions and getting hyped up. Seconed, none of those track names seem LP-esque. for instance the track titled "Getting through it" barely seems to qualify as a Nu-metal song. That's something Blink 182 or Sum 41 worthy. Definately not LP style. So like i say, its up to u to believe this but as for me i'm leaning towards it being a hype rumor. But as for the release date mentioned, the end of September, that would be killer.......but who knows if its real......

This is far more believable then them making an album in 2007. Or the band just existing in limbo. These guys are consistently busy. If this is a rumor' date=' it is the best one I have heard in a long time on here.[/quote']

Linkin Park on tour with eminem and 50 cent and another rock band had been confirmed (though im not sure please correct me).

This in it's self is a possibilty but I think an album for next year seems more likely.

It sounds likely, I'm hoping it is =) This will be something worth looking to towards September *Cries, new school year*. They kinda compiled the list of tracks really fast though didn't they?

I'd like to comment on a few things in this report.

1.I'd say there is about 65% likely LP is in the studio. At least I'd like to hope so.

2.That date is not likely to me, that's far too little time. As they say later in the report, the release date will be pushed back, and I expect that.

3.Those song titles are very un-LP-ish if you ask me.

4.LP does 12 "real" songs on their albums, (foreword is not a song people), and this is 14, so either this song list is made up (bc of the names too) or they will cut 2 songs of this list.

5.And I do think LP would like to keep recording a secret, but I don't know if they will be writing and recording demos in the special tour bus again. We'll have to see about that.

I don't believe it because LP isn't even touring with Eminem, so I doubt that 411mania has good sources.

Next, LP usually uses a lot of 1 word track names. Crawling, Papercut, Runaway, etc. Those track names listed sound more like Backstreet Boys stuff to me X_X

Anyways, if I'm 100% wrong when the album comes out: every one of you can pwn me lol

I'm talking studio, non-remix, non-collaboration, non-EP albums. That leaves us with HT and Meteora.

Reanimation has 15 songs, HT EP and CC 6, but those two are EP albums, and Reanimation is a remix album.

Um.. LP is not touring with Em. There was an article on MTV.com about the tour and it listed most of the groups going and it was all Rappers and LP was not mention so from this point on can we just shut up about the tour? THANKS

And for me, Im not gonna believe any of this stuff. We all know it takes a long time to make an album and if Mikes Solo Album isnt coming out til late summer, they arent gonna release an LP album around the same time. Their album is probably coming out in early or the middle of 2006.

Yeah they did kinda compile it kinda fast and with mike and his new albumn...This could be a well faked rumour....

Ohh and Vash had always been a mod just he took a break and so he resigned his position and now he is back so he gets it back...lol

Actually, that's not completely true, here's the story. (insert wavy lines here)

I did leave the forums for a while, & I did resign from my former mod duties, but when I came back, I struck up a convo with ATL. just to see how thing were going, & he basicly told me that he was going to de-mod LPB::tear:: & he was looking for a mod, he then asked me if I would take to job due to experence, & I said sure, why not. The next day, I went from green back to yellow.
