Well... Rather than work on my project in Commercial Broadcasting, I made this quick little thing for a background on my iPod... I'll get a screenshot later of what it looks like on the drive, with white text. ^_^

I don't think it is, lol. It looks like he might of used a radial blur though... I used to be obsessed with that filter when I first got PS7

and i used to be obsessed with the gradient tool. i made a whole background using just the gradient and a radial blur. it's the way they intersect.. lol, go to the fan art section, under where i displayed my stuff, you'll see the bg, they look identical minus the blur and the colors.
