I think they got famous after they played a song in some movie...I think its Triple X? Anyways I've only heard feur frier or something like that ^^"
What other good songs do they have? I want to download some.

Okay, this is indeed not exactly the first thread on this, but still I must say this.

Rammstein did not become famous after they played in ***. They were world famous already. They played in the movie because they are known for their their energy, plus that song they played is called Feuer frei (fire at will).

I can't recommend any one song by them, just look for the albums Herzeleid, Sehnsucht, Mutter and Reise, reise.

I'm not German either, I just wanted to clear this up. This was not at all supposed to come out in an angry way, I'm not angry at all, I just needed to clear this up, that's all :thumbsup:

I really like them, I like the German versions better than the English. The songs that I personally like are, Du Hast

No, I don't think you're a ****. A **** wouldn't go so public. I just think it's insensitive to the Germans on LPF, they've had to hear enough of this. This is not their fault, they weren't born, so they shouldn't have to hear about it. I've spoken to quite a few Germans, and this is the one thing that they don't want to hear.

Anyway let's get back on topic, let's talk about Rammstein.

I saw an interview with one of the guitarists of Rammstein, and he complained about this problem. In Germany, many people think Rammstein are gay, and abroad, people think they are Nazis.

Germans shouldn't have to suffer because they are Germans. They didn't have anything to do with Nazism and WW2.

This is not their fault, they weren't born, so they shouldn't have to hear about it. I've spoken to quite a few Germans, and this is the one thing that they don't want to hear.

oi dude,nazis do go public and in groups too,there was an issue in Time magazine where there were neo-nazis with thier face showing on the pages,i think thats pretty **** public,its a slaute and you know what it means?victories welfare. i have seen people dressed in **** cloths in public.

Rammstein do has some pretty gay lyrics like some songs are about gay ***,they could be gay but just hiding it and only showing it in thier songs,no i dont think they are ****, theres no sign of racism in thier songs or hatry,nothing about the Aryan race.

I meant a **** wouldn't go so public on a forum, s/he would be banned.

What I meant about Rammstein is, they aren't gay, nor are they Nazis, some people just think they are.

type in Rammstein Lyrics on google and click the first link. It has the english translations to all their songs

Just go to http://www.herzeleid.com there are translated lyrics for every single song album by album. Some of their Lyrics are pretty messed. The song Laichzeit talks about Fish Spawning. ITS ******
