I don't know, but I can say that I'm on the web constantly, daily, and
I haven't been infected by a virus of any kind for many years. My few
free protection programs (Avast or Antivir, Spybot, Sygate Personal
Firewall) have caught anything that (rarely) makes it past my NAT
firewall. It's not a given that one will get viruses - it's something
you're doing or not doing.

Hey, if you go to the wrong places without the proper protection you never
know what you will get...

This applies to ALL aspects of life not just computers...
