Alot of boards now use a nice technology that stops PROXY entry or gets past the proxy to the actual I.P.

Two different people can use one computer at different times and use the same IP address.

I told my little brother about this site and he logged on at my house and set up his own account (a long time ago)... If you look his name up, you will probably see that the IP address was the same as mine at the time. I can assure you I am not him and he is not me.
