I had three progams I used frequently on XP that I could not use on VISTA

and my HP printer would not work causing me to buy a new one. I suppose

Vista cost me $300 extra and I do like it nearly as well as XP.

Do you mean they wouldn't install. or wouldn't run? Did you try installing

them in Compatability Mode?

Did you look on HP's website for a Vista driver for your printer? My Samsung

printer must be nearly ten years old - they produced a Vista driver for it,

so I would be VERY surprised that HP did not...
