What do you guy's eat after Sport/ Gym?

I started doing Crossfit since 5 months and before i go i don't really eat much (Starts a 19:00), When i come back home i eat some Fruit Apples bananas haha And the 18:00 Meal -> 20:30

SAme thing when you ride MX During the breaks.. I don't feel like eating al that stuff you advertise mamito.

At Work i drink allot of coca cola (9:30 12:30 15:00 Breaks) And started drinking milk en water at 15:00 instad of the cola that i Quit So i feel less tired when i go too the gym later that day. Or better ideas?

Dudd a coca cola... thats the wprths you can do.. ill explain to you tomorrow when im at work and in a solid keyboard.

And trust me once you start with pnp , u wont go back..
All their products mix great with just regular water.. like the glyco fuler. I had that in my camelback and in all the water bottles we had prepared for the racers... its was worth it.. i spend 21hts awake on race day and i was active the whole time and never felt tired..
 
Yep sodas terrible. I generally drink water when riding and gatoraide or ice tea.

you need to eat 5-6 times a day.. reason for it its to keep your metabolism working 24/7.

to have your meal with you in travel and race day..

before the exercise you take a cardio surge. I took 3 pills 2 hrs before the race with some Glyco fueler. during the race you drink glycofueler in you camelback...

after the race you take some recover surge with glyco fueler.

trust me youll notice that your not as tired as you used to be and you can keep going at a higher response lever for a longer period of time.
