Your lack of class has left me with no choice but to take legal action against GF and Robert Schwartz individually. I paid for the right to have the avatar I chose and you are not going to defraud me of it.

Secondly, this poll constitutes another breach of contract. As a term of membership, I am immune from the idiot box. This poll represents GF's failure to keep it's promises, which were made in exchange for the money I paid to GF.

This is more evidence that will be presented in Federal District Court.

This would be a civil action, not a Federal Criminal Action, so the court of venue would be the local municipal court, but then again, because I reside in Ohio, and I committed my "crime" in Ohio, you would have to come to Ohio. Knock yourself out crybaby. The county is Hancock County and the County Seat is Findlay. Easy Piezy.

You commited a very proveable act of fraud and breach of contract against me. There is nothing frivilous about it Also, it has to go to federal district court because we are in two different jursidictions. Therefore, it's considered a diversity case. Diversity is always handled on the federal level.

I'm sorry you are such a bad person, CES. You were cool before you were a mod. I cannot stand by and allow people to steal what I paid for. That type of behavior is called fraud. In a larger context, regarding GF, it's called breach of contract.

I am sorry you are living in such poverty, CES, however, I will not be cheated out of what I paid for even if it means I have take what paid out of your pocket.
