As such, you have access to the multitude of references on this site regarding "rules" and "breaking rules".

The site is rife with references (love alliterations) ...to the fact that the mods and super mods just loooove to break rules and and re-break them. One might call it "whimsical modding".

When it's just 1 or 2 people handling whats going on, it's easy to make and break your own rules, like I have always done. 2 people can coordinate much better the 6. Plus, when you factor in, that, instead of just letting the board be Moderated, we insist that paying members also give their input as well, then you have a collective set of people instead of Moderators calling the shots.
So I don't want to call anything we decide actual RULES, nor would I even call them GUIDELINES, I think we should call it initial tactic.

Okay, let me see. I'm getting slightly confused with all of the new "initial tactics" of how to do things around here. When to vote, when not to vote, who gets 1 vote and who gets 2, where the vote goes so we can see it, but then not see it, so that we can move it here or there and maybe see it anywhere, and who gets to vote upon whom and when and where because they are blue, or was it green, or maybe orange like me, however Legacys are not Premiums who ratify the Mods and quasi-Mods who have complete but limited and often non-existent abilities because the secret decoder ring was paid for in advance and has to expire first so that it can go back to where it started before it can get from here to there, yet still everybody is somewhat over or under Whites unless of course they are Yellow which requires a vote on sentence but not incarceration or procreation, unless they **** on the **** Pot which is a free for all zone, except you have to have a validated passport and not speak the language but then if it's Tuesday then rule #34 doesn't count except on every 17th Friday provided that the moon is in an ascending pattern from the constellation Aires. Furthermore, just to keep you on your toes, Bob "might" be working on it, but who knows when or if or ever and we really really really need to get 10,000 members by next Thursday 5 years from now so get to work on it!

If I have my way, GF will eventually turn into the AOL you always wanted combined with some kick *** VR type navigation to paying members... but that is a LOONG ways away... Were still slowly adding stuff we talked about over 6 months ago in our GF roadmap at EXACTALLY the pace we want, and focusing on gaining more and more credibility across the net.. It's a time consuming task, but we are both very confident we can do it, and are VERY happy with the results we have gotten so far, with things like our Corruptable Mods, our idiot box, our forum structure, our google archiving abilitys, our MODS MAKE OUR OWN RULES THEN BREAK THEM type Moderating, and most important, Bob had planned from the start to make the behind the scenes MOD team more of an elective type team that works together instead of calling all the shots from their point of view.
Simply stated, not only can us Mods make our own rules, we can be ***** and BREAK them too. (It's good to be the Mod)

So how be you just go back to picking on MRIH and let us go back to our naps?

It wasn't just the avatar, Vortex. it was the repeated harassment, the unfair idiot-box trip I received (without a vote), the fact that my password was suddenly 131 days old, and the fact that CES and PW both and admit to being abusive and Bob failed to stop jerking himself long enough to reply to the numerous e-mails that were sent to him.

The avatar is a loss to me because I no longer have the pic I used. As such, I lost the what I had. It's gone and I will never get it back. This happened because CES is an ******* mod who decided to abuse his status.

I was in the idiotbox today. Then I decided to proceed against Bob and GF and get back what I paid. After this, I was mysteriously parolled from the idiot box and I had all my rep points back. The mods still have it set so that I cannot post rep to other users accounts. When I try I get some weird error telling me I have to wait. This is nothing more then harassment from the mods.

If Bob had been willing you answer even ONE of my e-mails, this whole situation could've been avoided. Bob didn't care what his mods did or who they did it to, until his ability to accept donations was compromised.

I am willing to work with Bob to settle this dispute. Bob has been e-mailed and refused to respond. As such, he will ultimately face the consequences of his repeated failures to respond to messages and his overall failure to control his staff members.

As for a thread of reference, check the polling booth for the thread/poll I created (Should Russia and China be punished). This fight started there as a result of CES modifying my poll to be an insult to me... simply because he disagreed with me.

I called him on his behavior and he began a smear campaign as described in the first paragraph. Including costing me the neatest avatar I had ever found.

As a result of what CES and PW did, I no longer had what I payed for...so I contacted PayPal and field a complaint.

In the end, Bob has his lack of responsiveness and his mods abusive behavior to thank for the situation at hand.

I think what should happen is we need to put up a clause that says if a Premium member is being a problem, then premium members can simply vote to have such member expunged from GF Premium status and refunded their money less usage charges that have incurred. $12 a year is 1`big ******* dollar a month, since TH joined on Join Date: 05-16-2005 and made use of GF's Premium package for well over 4 months, almost 5, he should be accountable for the time he spent.. It's like saying I rent a house for 30 days but lived there 13 and want my money back cuz my neighbor is an *******.. The paper said peaceful neighborhood, it's not like I expected.

No matter how you look at it, being a premium member does not give you any exclusive rights to GF.

As a matter of fact, Premium Avatar sizes WERE at 75x75 up until a couple months ago. I had asked Bob to bump up the sizes myself, and he did so at my request.. It was NEVER a stipulation of a premium membership that one could have a bigger avatar or even a custom sized one until AFTER TH had already become a member.

What it comes down to, is group privileges.

3 groups, Regular, Legacy, Premium

Regular: Can post messages

Legacy:Can post messages, are allowed to start polls, are allowed an OPTIONAL avatar/profile pic/signature

Premium:Given an OPTIONAL E-mail address, ability to have a custom heading under there name.

And that is it.

All that needs to be proven, is he got EXACTALLY what he paid for. Which was an optional e-mail address, and a custom heading.

His premium membership did NOT at the time allow him any other options as a part of the purchase. And this was never stated by the admin as being an option either.
