WB seem to be ripping us off, but its only fair for a company, i mean at least they dont pull off all the live performance/music vids like Universal and Fall Out Boy,The Killers etc from Videopimp,LBvidz and so forth...but even bands under Universal arent corny enough to release major Special Editions/cd DVD shirt combos for 100s of dollars,or release the video for WID on an itunes special,most of it is released to MTV for shows like "making of..." so its free for us essentially,and the shirts are sold as merch.
but in saying that, im TOTALLY against the banning of the webcasts,is it possible that WB couldnt make a pretty penny and just canned the webcast idea, itd be like LP being on he KROQ AAC this year and us being told its not gonna be shown because of warner, i can SO see that coming this year. we can see WB are after the money, because instead of a live,free webcast performance, they gave it to MTV to crop it to 30 mins and put it on MTV for all to see, MTV bought the rights no doubt
