I used a 2" 40 grit barrel sander on a die grinder to make mine work with a 15Unfortunately I don't think any of these poly savers will fit with a 15t front
Delrin is pretty hard, better than aluminum or the steel stocker, but the polyurethane ones absorb the impact, they are harder than rubber pretty much like a skateboard wheel. Plus they are made by pouring the material into a mold shaped by the case, so they fit perfectly into the case, so when there is an impact the shock is evenly distributed, hopefully saving your case. Same reason you want your brain bucket to fit snug.:smokin:what do you guys think of this one? $34 shipped.http://www.ebay.com/itm/Honda-TRX450R-450R-450-04-05-CASE-SAVER-SHIFTER-GAURD-/130676854074?pt=Motors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&hash=item1e6cf28d3a&vxp=mtr#ht_500wt_969
