Im high aswel atm...but not on sugar.
I knw cuttings not the answer but it helps at the time. I'm really pissed at myself for doin it now which means thet i will probably do it again later and then ill get stuck in the cycle again. I will try going out, and staying out as late as possible so im not near anything sharp. Thanks :thumbsup:

Try a rubber band or fire. It might help just dont burn your self just keep lighting matches...i think i helps.

I tried the rubber band thing and it helps sumtimes, it depends how down i am. I've neva tried the matched thing but i will...if i can find any. Thanks for helping you guys, your so nice. Anyone else that i've told has jut turned their back on me.
