The Killers have done a nice bunc of songs where as the same time they released total rubbish. Im still undecided for the matter, Faithless the other act mentioned aswell as Kaiser Cheifs, yea I perfer them but The Killer are alright also.

Not to mention tis topic is like over a year old now

The Killers are okay, I own the album but i ahve actually never really listened to it. I'm not even sure how I got the CD...I know I didn't buy it lol. Either way, they are alright but its not something that I would be totally getting into. Like it was stated before, they are a bit poppish.

I like them.. I've got their first album, half of which is great, the other half is a bit ****.

Mr Brightside will always rule ^^

Their new single doesn't strike me as being anything special though.

i lvoe the killers, theyre a great band,good live band too. new album isnt bad ONCE u get into it. sams town,that cood be a good hit once its released.

I like the Killers a lot. I have both their cds; I haven't listened thoroughly to Sam's Town yet, but I can already tell there are some really cool songs in there, like the single When you Were Young, This River is Wild, Bones, etc. In my opinion these songs just take a bit more to grow on you than the ones on the first cd. They're definitely a very cool band, with an awesome sound.

The Killers are awesome. Always liked all their singles...not one I havent liked. Have yet to listen to their Cd's though =/

i love the tracks billed as singles. not just wywy,which is an awesome track in itself.

read my mind,sams town,bones(currently a single) are great listening tracks. its very different to hot fuss, but its a good difference

Eh. Everyone loves the Killers so much...but I'm not too much of a fan. I think they are okay, like before. Sure, they changed thier image and thier musical sound.

Is it different? Yes.

Do I like it? Sure, what the hey.

Is it better? No. Its not any better or worse than before.

For the record: Growing a mustache does NOT make you the next Bruce Springsteen. EVER.

i heard from the killers fansite they just grow all their facial hair out cause they wanted to. do you notice how much the lead guitarist from the killers looks like one of the guitarists of mcr? they have so much the same image,crazy

remember when LP had a mullet contest? xD

Okay, immature popshot aside, I don't honestly see, well...how you see that at all. My Chemical Romance and The Killers are worlds apart in music, talent, and image.

I love the killers, the music is cool. their wierd but they dont matter as long as tehir music is nice. :D

i was talking about their respective guitarists, both have that sideshow bob look, they looks so similar,the 2 GUITARISTS, not the ******* band

My glasses work just fine; the prescription is only four months old.

And the guitarists don't look anything alike...sorry.

i still reckon they look fairly similar, maybe its simply bcoz of the hairstyles, just the way they carry about themselves on stage, they have somethign about them that gives off an air of familiarity, to me at the least.
