I think its one of the saddest stories ever

u know these ppl in 3rd would countries trying 2 make a living and everything that they worked 4 gets washed away which is really sad

man it's worst for me i'm like right next to indonesia, i'm singapore, and we got off cause our country is so tiny (it's a dot on the map) it's never affected by earthquakes and stuff. i mean i feel bad seeing as those guys were so poor and everything and just like what lp186 said, and here i am sitting at home playing xbox and living the good life....

P.S. almost 300 singaporeans died.......

It's really one of the worst disasters ever. The death toll is terrifying, but it'll be bigger, with epidemics and such... and because they are poor countries, they won't have many ways to fight that (echonomical and structctural, like hospitals and stuff...) and they'll need all the international help they can get. So many died.. it's terrible

Yeah,it killed people in the southern part of Somalia, 100 or so people

Yep, it tilted the Earth's axis about 6cm.... n today there was the danger of another seaquake, the ppl who were next to the beach had to got away from there (I dont remember in which country...).
