I THINK I'm getting to know a lot of peoples names around here from people just name dropping them ^.^ I use to have a sig that said "Jen" on it but eh Most people either call me that or S&S I still had people mistaking me for a guy even with this sugarnspice name haha. Would be a very useful thing to have.

oh yeah, I'm so used to her being "only" an elite, I forgot she was a mod lol plus she's more around than most of the mods have been, at least when I joined here, but actually the mod squad seems to be reducing their distance from regular users, which is simply good.

That's actually quite an interesting point about the genders of the mods, I guess it just worked that way... but we do only have one female staff member.. LPF is experiencing the glass ceiling online, so it seems.

plus, it's a good thing that at least some of the mods are close to the regulars. but of course it's understandable that some keep their distance to be as neutral as possible, I get that.

Guess I wasn't considering the Newcasters as staff, sorry about that. I know there is Jen, and then there's Hahninator who's male, and I've forgotten who the third Newcaster is... 0_o Presumably it's someone female though, lol.

I'm not saying there is actual discrimination against females here because I don't think that there is, I was just noting that most of our staff are male... a harmless observation.
