I Read one to learn, but i didn't keep it, because I had memorized how to do it, but I will tell you how to:

1.)Go to layer->Flatten image.

2.)Then dulpicate the "backround" layer.

3.) Delete, "backround" layer.

4.)Select the "Rectangle Marque Tool"

5.)Drag the tool from top left corner to the bottom right corner

6.)Select-> Modify-> Smooth on 10 px

7.)Press shift +ctrl+ I (to select inverse)

8.) Press delete

9.) Crtl + d (to deselect)

You are done! Be sure to save as a .png
