Yeah I think I have a High motabolism. But, with what clogz said I totally agree. I say as long as yu have a bit of activeness in your life you should be fine.

You totally missed my point, so let me try and say it again. If one has a high metabolism, then one can eat more then another person. So logically, if I sat down and ate 40 foot long Slim Jims, my body would be able to get even more fat, since the average person would eat, lets say, 25. I thought that digestion took all the fat out of the foods, but then took the unused fat and stored it for future energy use. Thats what I was trying to say.

I'm about 5 ' 8 and I think I weigh 125....... and my BMI is 19 which is normal.... hmmm.
