I had a rethink...the answer would be in the joke i.e "to be a genie"...that way I could grant everyones wishes...the pensioners could well ask to be young again e.g "to be age 25 permanently" or what ever..I would have to divide the world into utopian dimensions..just in case someone ask's for really weird scenarios...to each his own
