phreakwars
Yes, User-Created Social Groups. So what's it for? It basically breaks down like this. You'll have the option of creating social groups, These groups will have their own forum. You can choose if registered members do or don't see the forum, and you can choose the level of participation, like all users can reply, or only group members, or only specified members. Hopefully, if we got everything figured out, you will also be able to customize the forums layout just like you can your profiles. So the member will basically be the owner and moderator of their very own forum setup the way they like. For instance, I created my own forum that I want to use to discuss food and recipes, so I created a new social group called "Phood Phreaks". after the hack is complete, I'll be able to go to my profile page and setup a new forum based on my "Phood Phreaks" social group, I'll create a color/font scheme (and other variables) and viola !! My very own forum. Visitors will be able to surf to it from the front page category index (coming soon) and view the forum and all the topics. Want a football forum.. make one, want a quilting forum... can do... want a serious debate only forum, make it so.. I have a feeling later on down the line, were gonna start seeing some really cool forum category layouts. With a high enough member count, we could easily top the sucks500's 500+ forums count. Were doing something that hasn't really been done before in the forum world by making a user created forums site. I expect we will start seeing copycats of what were doing now once it catches on. . . https://www.facebook.com/phreakwars
