I really like this idea. I liked it the first time around as well.. Im a little confused though, Qwest said this: "To fix the problem I decided to return it BUT make it so that not only staff can give rep but elite members as well." But it seems like just anyone can give reps, because that little folder with the check and x is by everyones name and if I click it, I can give a rep. Im confused

Well we seem to be able to rep someone positively but I can't work out how to give negative rep. 0_o

Yea, I guess only Elite members and the staff can only give negative reps, I think thats fair..

Did you guys know that if you hover your pointer over the little colored square you can see that member's ranking? Most people now have "User is on a distinguished road", but Hy has "User will become famous soon enough"
