I've had this account, by the way, I thought it was worth the one post..

 

1. Unhinged - If you were provoked over something stupid one year ago, and snapped, just one snap, would it make sense for you to be watched like you're just some sort of delinquent and banned one year later.... not really for anything much, but more the fact that you have a reputation that when you're provoked, you snap? It doesn't make sense to me. I was provoked, I snapped. One God Damn year ago. I can't be held responsible NOW for what I did a whole year ago. That's just stupid dude.

 

2. I wanted to know why I was banned. I didn't want everyone and their dog to know why I was banned. You couldn't have E-mailed it to me, or told me on AIM? No, because, like always, not only did you ban me, you had to make me look as bad as possible. It's obvious you mods don't like me.

 

3. I thought it had to be unanimous in the mods in order to ban someone. You can't say it was. Vash wouldn't agree with you.

4. You talked about a second chance. Do you know what a second chance is? It means you start over, you forget about what happened before. You don't worry about it. You didn't give me a second chance. You unbanned me because you wanted to find another reason to ban me. and 'your leak' mark, gave it to you, didn't he? It was either ban him or ban me. But you didn't want to ban Mark, he gives you media, that's more important to you than anything. So just ban Reflectionist. Everyone on LPF hates his guts anyway.

 

 

It's like you guys watched the fight that happened on LPF and were like "Well, OH, they said Reflectionist! We have a scapegoat now! We can tie him to all this instigating, lies and accusations! Let's ban him! It's not like anyone cares about that guy. Shit, We don't even think he's human or has feelings. Let's just ban him because we can make the members go for that. We couldn't get away with banning Mark, he's liked. Let's ban Ref. Everyone hates him."

you're here to tell other people about business that doesn't pertain to them? that's kind of bullshit isn't it? It just proves what I said before. It's about me. Everyone hates me, so any story you throw out there will be believed because people just look for reasons to not have me around.

 

You can keep me banned if you want, it's your decision obviously. But if you do, I no longer have any respect for any of you on LPF, As people. I'll block every one of you that I met here off of my MSN and my AIM. I'll never speak to you again, and you'll never hear another remix from me again. Because what you're telling me by not letting me have my own rightful say in this is that you don't want to hear from me ever again.

With all due respect, I had 700 posts in my two years that I've been here. You've had 2,000 some odd posts, and you've only been here as long as I have. Since Nov. 2004.

And who gives a damn... maybe Ref likes this place. I like Ref, so no, everyone doesn't hate him. Just because you think certain things, doesn't mean everyone else is thinking the same, however justifyable your opinion may be, other people will think differently.

 

To some people this may just be an internet forum... to others, like myself, its a part of my life. I wouldn't be happy if a part of my life, especially one I enjoy, to be taken away just like that. So maybe its easy for you to just leave it all behind and join another forum, but for me, LPF is where its at, and I don't ever wanna leave. (Well, I suppose some point in my life I will, but that doesn't matter right now.))

Okay, I can somewhat see where Ref is coming from. But when you were reinstated, you were told that if you.. behave like that again, then you would be banned. You did, so now you're suffering the consequences. It's as simple as that.

Guess what, YOU CAN! In the real world, if you commit a crime, it dosent just go away. It stays on record and guess what, if you do it again, punishment is even more severe. Its not stupid, it shows that the last punishment was not enough to make you change your ways and so a worse one must be inflicted. Thats how I handled this situation... and well... every one Ive made since Ive been a mod.

 

And dude... you were warned...

Quick messin with Mark because all you end up doing is pissing him off and then the whole thread (youre in) gets spammed with people whining at each other. If you continue, you are probably looking at a perminant ban since you were banned once. So come on man, as a friend, I ask you to stop! I already got you un-banned once, its not gonna happen again. That also goes for flaming ANYONE, not just Mark.

As for Vash not agreeing with me, yeah, thats true, I just made the decision to ban you after thinking about it for a looong while. I made the mistake of unbanning you last time and I wasnt going to make the mistake of just letting you get away with your negative actions again. And the reason why I didnt tell you right at the time that I was banning you... Because I knew you would bitch at me like you are, and I just didnt want to deal with it. Simple as that.

 

I shouldent have to sit here and defend my position on this, but just because I have a little respect for you left, Im taking the time to do this.
