I was just curious how everyone liked their steak.
For me, a steak has to be one of the most tender of cuts. I like Prime Rib, Porterhouse, Top Sirloin, and Tenderloin cuts and I like it somewhere between Rare and Medium, called Rare Plus. I never use steak sauces and never ever disgrace it with vegetable sides, only potatoes and hot rolls. A tall cold pilsner or a luke warm frothy dark beer to wash it all down.
