  1. Anything short of a cop asking you to blow him just do it. Would eliminate a lot of tasering. Dumbasses tend to suffer a lot of unneeded pain.
  2. If that is the force neccesary he could be legally shot . I seriously doubt it would be. It would be tough to convince a jury that was the force required. I suggest parents raise their children to respect the rights of others. Any six year old who waves a bat at people will probably end up a serial killer. What y'all need to understand is a jury will decide these cases. Most likely they are unlikely to let people walk who kill six year old vandals. Even if the little bastard deserves it. This is no different from self-defense laws. If that little six year old bastard kicks you in the shins you probably cannot LEGALLY pull out your 45 and shoot him.
  3. Let me say something from living in Pasadena for 15 years. Pasadena is known as a redneck town. I had a couple black friends who would turn down going to my barbeques because they did not want to be in the Pasadena city limits. Them idiots burglarizing a home in Pasadena were asking for it. Furthermore, the Pasadena police force basically consists of those rejected by the Houston Police Departmen. No one has any confidence in them. Joe did right.
  4. My pink flamingos were given to me by my dear departed grandmother. They have great sentimental value.
  5. The law only allows reasonable force. The old man had a perfect right to shoot the two men. Shooting a rotten six year old would be a crime even here in Texas.
  6. The kid can be legally killed. Face it, the kid is a bad seed. Whether he should be killed is up to the gunowner. Actually, the actor can only use reasonable force. PROBABLY CANNOT LEGALLY BLOW AWAY A ROTTEN 6 YEAR OLD.
  7. From the transcript It is quite clear that if cops were there hero Joe did not see them. He did what he had to do to protect his neighbors property. Perfectly legal in a state that respects the rights of decent citizens over the rights of criminals.
  8. What would be wrong with that? I suggest people respect other peoples lives and property.
  9. The fact is that under Texas Law Joe had a perfect right to do what he did. This ain't no damn criminal coddling liberal state.
  10. Then it was pretty damn stupid for the dispatcher not to tell Joe that. Having formerly lived in Pasadena it would have been a better than expected response time if they had several plainclothes officers within five minutes. You did not hear anyone yelling for Joe to stop shooting. Nor did the dispatcher mention officers on site until after the shooting.
  11. Hero Joe requests officers be sent after he shot the scumbags. It appears the officers got there about a minute after the shooting.
  12. They acted a bit late. The dispatcher never told the hero that there were plainclothes officers until after the deed was done. I don't think there were plainclothes officers on site. I think the dispatcher was lying to hero Joe.
  13. The fact is the police cannot be everywhere. Here they had 5 minutes warning and still did not get there. Were they even sent out? The fear of citizen resistance is a greater deterrent than the probability of getting arrested. The man was well within his rights under Texas law. Stealing your property is stealing a chunk of your life. A thieving scumbag has negative worth. The nickle in my pocket is worth more than a thief's life.
  14. JS Mill best defines natural law. It was natural law concepts that guided our founding fathers. JS Mill from "On Liberty". If you only read one book in your lifetime "On Liberty" should be the book.

    dead scumbags

He will walk. Looks to me like proper use of that shotgun.
  16. It should be an individual choice rather or not you shoot someone stealing your property.

    dead scumbags

Right near Houston, Texas. Harris County, he will walk.
  18. You could probably just throw the kid in a dumpster.
  19. Yep, we all transport our bloody child in the trunk of a car...they are guilty as hell. A disembowled weighted down body ain't rising to the surface.
  20. You always read the cases of stranger murder/abduction. The fact is children are most often assaulted by someone they know. The parents are always suspect, until proven otherwise.
  21. Which one of them five companies controls this site?

    dead scumbags

He won't go to jail. In Texas we have open season on scumbags. I suggest ya go to some liberal state if ya wanna steal.
  23. We need to go back to the days when coke was in cola and you could get morphine with no prescription.
  24. What made America great was a Constitution, that while flawed, had the concept of limited government at it's core. Sadly, our Constitution has been under attack for the last three-quarters of a century and we no longer have a federal government limited to the powers itemized in Article I, Section 8 of our Constitution. Slevery was a gross violation of the spirit of the Declaration of Independence which declared that all men had inalienable rights. These inalienable rights were derived from natural law. We have veered far from the natural law basis of our Constitution. I am a slave from Jan till May every year. You have no right to claim anothers labor for your own. This does not matter if you are a slaveowner or a welfare bum. I got more respect for the slaveowners. Washington and Jefferson come to mind as great individuals with the flaw, common to their times, of prejudice. I can think of no welfare bums who contribute to society. Sadly, the anti-federalists turned out to be right. The Constitution has been bastardized, by judicial decree, into a constitution that allows a tyrannical federal government far from the vision of it's authors. Ron Paul in 2008, for a return to constitutional government.
  25. Surprised they ain't started castrating yet.
