as a former Fine Art major in college, and now (and really then too) a Christian leader in my church, I don't really see an issue with the topless pics. Nudity isn't in itself sexual, and from what I saw of the pics the other night on the news- these aren't sexual pics. a couple of them look like pics that were taken where she wasn't ready, and thus cutting floor rejects.
That being said- I haven't seen the whole photo spread, and my thoughts could be wrong depending on how that turned out.
Having said that as well, lol- I do take issue to her signing a contract saying that these types of pics have never been taken when she knew they had been. For that, I feel she should be removed as Miss California, that is, if I gave two craps about the Miss USA pageant. the contract she signed was on false pretenses, and therefore null and void.
