i think abortions are alright in certain circumstances. for instance when the mother has been raped and may not be able to bond with the baby as a result of this, or because when the baby grows up and finds out how it was brought into the world it would make them feel like they dont belong.
however, careless *** .. being aware of the possibility a baby could be brought into the world and conveniently ignoring this is wrong - in my opinion.
i have a friend who had an abortion earlier this year and shes never been the same since. every so often she gets really down, and its guilt. she wanted to have her baby, but her mum didnt, neither did the teacher that found out.
i told her to do what -> she <- wants, its her body. but its whats best for the little one that is the most important thing.

The teacher didn't want her to have it because it was probably his and it would ruin his family and career.

I think you just misunderstood my use of the word "you" and "your". Sorry, I didn't mean to imply that it was you whom had the abortion. Was speaking in the context of directing those comments at your friend. My bad.it was my friend who had the abortion ... try reading my comment again ... you will realise i dont agree with abortion in her circumstance
