I read just fine, thank you. Sorry that you're truth-impared.

Ahhhhh, so it OK to be an energy hog, as long as you're a RICH energy
hog who can afford to pay the fines for his lavish lifestyle. I guess
the REAL problem are all those peasants who drive themselves to work,
when they should be standing in the rain for an hour waiting for the
bus to pick them up.

> BTW, Gore uses solar energy and drives a hybrid ->>>>

HE SPENDS TWENTY TIMES AS MUCH HEATING HIS MANSION AS THE AVERAGE
AMERICAN. EITHER THE SOLAR ENERGY IS STRICTLY FOR SHOW, OR IT DOESN'T
WORK. OR BOTH. And when was the last time Gore flew commerical? Why
does he HAVE to have his own private jet? Why is it so important that
he not rub elbows with the peasants? What is so important about Al
Gore speaking for an hour that it requires 10,000 gallons of jet fuel
to be burned?

>>>you don't know what the **** you're talking about ->>>>

And in a nutshell, there's your arguement. You're right because you
say so.

Six SUV's and a gulfstream, not to mention the energy costs of the many
mansions.
The guy is the poster boy for conspicuous consumption and pretends to be a
green guru.
Hypocrisy to the max.
The super consumer gigolo.

Stupid, the electric and gas companies are not charging Al Gore's for

- Gore lives a strict carbon-neutral lifestyle both in his work and private
life. That means he tries to reduce his emissions as much as possible, and
then purchases carbon offsets for the remaining emissions.

- In his private life, Gore tries to reduce his emissions as much as
possible. He drives a hybrid, flies commercially whenever he can, and
purchases green power. In the few instances where work has demanded that he
travel privately, he purchases carbon offsets for the emissions.

Frankly
1) You don't know how much jet fuel Gore burns through, but Gore uses
commercial airlines whenever he can - he doesn't spend all his travel time
on private jets.
2) Anyone supporting an international cause has to get around to do it.

Gore doesn't own a jet nitwit.
