Well I'm only going off my experience with one who I dated in my early 20's. He came from wealth, he was sent away at a young age to a prep school out of state, and was very resentful of having been sent away by his dad. He would take it out on his mom (who was an angel). The dad left the family while he was in College later. So he never really got to see his sisters grow up, or have a family life. He was always good to me, but seeing him flip out on his mother was unnerving.

Well, they can be stubborn & tenacious... once their mind is made up about something there is no chance of changing it, but normally not confrontational at all, which could explain why he didn't focus that anger towards his father instead.

You really think Taurus has a bad temper, Atlantic? I've found just the opposite: tremendous control, but when they do lose it, they lose it in VERY BIG ways and there's ususally some type of destrustion involved.

I will agree to that. I have a quick and explosive temper, but it subsides as quick as the onset.

Otherwise, I am cooler than the center seed of a cucumber.

I'm a triple threat Aquarius. It rules my sun, moon and mercury so basically I'm an aloof, emotionally constipated space case.

Aries rules my Venus so that makes me very sexually aggressive.

Virgo is my rising sign so I come across as to others as demanding and preoccupied with trivialities.

I have nothing in my house of marriage....lol.

My house of pleasure is ruled by Aquarius, so I'm quirky and kinky.

My house of philosophy is ruled by Taurus, so I'm a bit grounded in that respect.

google free astrology charts, TJ... you should find one that will give you a lengthy report. Have your birth date, city you were born in and time you were born ready.

My chart is really full of Gemini & Mercury stuff. Gemini with Virgo Rising. Born on a Wednesday (Weds is ruled by Mercury). Not sure off the top of my head whats in all my houses, but I know there's nothing in my 10th house.... whatever that is.

Libras are friendly, smart, balanced and often take a keen interest in beauty and aesthetics, but they are often indecisive and a bit wishy-washy.

Good combinations are usually other air signs, like Aquarius and Gemini, but sometimes those relationships can become too cerebral.

Fire signs are good for passion, but you run the risk of getting burned. Earth signs are sensuous, but can sometimes be too stagnant and boring.

Water signs and air signs usually clash. That's been my experience, anyway.

I like astro.com, but I supplement it with my astrology books. I think it's a fascinating subject and always enjoy learning more about it.

I'm honestly not surprised that Leo is your rising sign, however...LOL! The rising sign represents the self we show to others and you are, on the boards anyway, a bit of a puffer who likes to have his ego indulged.

Your sun in Virgo does make you inquisitive and want to scope out all the options before making a conclusion but Virgos have a tendancy to focus on the dark side of the coin a lot.

And I think we are all indeed a sum of all our parts. Going by one's sun sign only doesn't do astrology justice. There are layers upon layers of influences the stars and planets hold upon us and it's kind of fun to dig through them and see what you find!
