didn't anyone ever tell you that's the worst thing you can do for chapped lips? THAT makes them worse!

using chapstick does NOT dry your lips out. it moisturizes them.. then later, as the weather and stuff changes, they get drier. go use some chapstick. then when it wears off, feel your lips. they won't feel dry/crusty. they feel REVIVED and SOFT.
