Evanescence

lol!!! I don't care if people hate evanescence. it just means that their either on drugs or they have a bad taste in music. Its hard to go onto an LP site and not get a mixed response for evanescence since lp were the first band they were compared to before people discovered nightwish. tw amy listens to all music (besides britney) but she wouldn't choose mike. she was 20 and would have trusted her label. the main people she likes are people like korn and bjork

She'll get nowhere close to as great and music defining as Bjork with her backing band playing their standard 2 or 3 simple power chords. Also Amy would have to be one of those music minded freaks that try to push boundaries and music to a whole new level of thinking like Bjork. Amy far from qualifies. She does have decent vocals when she isn't moaning to a simple power riff.

Basically anyone who likes Evanescence is a teenie bop kid or their taste in music hasn't grown up with their bodies and therefore they have bad taste in music based on ignorance.

i think evanescence are good, they arent my favourite band, im getting kinda bored of their cd at the moment, but i listen to it every now and then *shrugs shoulders* thats about it really...

What really gets old is people always posting "yeah, i agree" or "yeah, i think that great" or "yeah i love that". a topic where people can have different opinions and express them is better then all those posts one after the other.

I like Evanescence,I reckon Amy Lee has an amazing voice,right now I´m downloading some songs from Origin,I have already listen to some of them and they are pretty good.

I also have Anywhere but home cd/dvd,and it´s pretty kool.

So I'm a pothead with a bad taste of music because I don't like your favorite re-hashed emulation band? That has so much logic to it. I've never liked Amy Lee...most of her fans just like her because they think she is 'hot'.

using that thery then either almost all evan fans are guys or they have a huge following of lesbiens. they are one of the only bands to have an equal following of both sexes. just because linkin park fans like lp 'cause of there music and not of their looks doesn't mean that singles them out. thats alot of what evanescence is all about. ever heard the "show me ur ****" story?

well yeah i can say amy lee is a goth bitchney spears or christina aguilera...they are similar

well,why don't u accept that evanescence it's not original...all that they do is copy someone else....i read smth about bjork...well,amy lee can keep on dreaming...she'll never be like bjork...bjork's far too good for amy lee to even think she can become like bjork one day...but she can go on dreaming....
