Still trying to understand this. If someone is selling 30 guns/mo to
criminals....are they known felons, in which case the seller is also
breaking the law, as well as the buyer? Or are the 30 guns sold
legitimately, and then the gun turns the buyer to a life of crime? Or are
you wanting to limit retail sales to 1 per month per seller?
