I moved to my new community. I was taught an important lesson of life the hard way. I also learned about my heritage about Genghis Khan. I also then started taking Martial Arts ect. A lot happened and I realised that I couldnt just be a baby. I needed to grow up and take control or else I would destroyed.(i have a tendancy to **** people off).

Your views actually reminded me of a book that I read a longggg time ago. It was called...I'll get back to you later with that one... But the main character had the same views like that, but that was AFTER he took up martial arts. Before that, he was just crying about somebody dying, but really...it was a conspiracy which he thought his dad was doing...so he had to get away and decided to learn to toughen himself up or whatever =D Maybe taking martial arts puts you in that kinda frame of mind. I didn't explain that too well, but I understand what you're saying.

thats fair enough... i find it's easier to get my pain and emotions out, by either crying, hitting things, or writing... the hitting things can hurt after you've hit the same spot on a brick wall 20 odd times. the writing is hard if i don't have my pc, or a pen and paper... so sometimes all thats left is to cry... i personally think it makes me less macho, and sometimes that can be a good thing, not knocking anyone or anything, thats the way i see it

Sure, I see what you mean. But personally, I would rather work my muscles and get stronger while venting out, rather than crying and not accomplishing something.

I will never, ever understand why people think it is wrong for men to cry... it's all just a stereotype that's taken hold over the years. Crying is natural and it beats bottling it all up, in my opinion.

I tend to bottle up my feelings and not tell anyone. I just deal with it in my own way and I feel like people were invading my privacy if I told them. But I'm not afraid to cry :) You tend to feel better after letting out a few tears lol, so it accomplishes.... self satisfaction? *Shrugs*.

Didn't you cry when you watched Armegeddon? Or Titanic lol?
