Well, if anything it makes you feel better becuase you know theres at least one person more arrogant than you right?
That's how I look on life.
Firehawk regardless if you put a warning or not you have to realize that LPF is a multiracial forums and that there will no matter what you say be people offended by your thread and you have to deal with whatever heat you receive. See, I mean if you step in the shoes of a non-white person for a day you will realize how hard it is for us. So when we read stuff like this it offends us greatly. And then theres people like Allie who may not neccesarily know what it is like to be a minority but still non-the-less fight to give a sense of equalness and when you say things like this is kind of diminishes their whole purpose.
You are more than certain entitled to your opinion and even allowed to express it but you have to deal with what ever heat you receive from this thread. Becuase just as you are allowed to express your opinion we are aswell. :thumbsup:

This is a thing you shouldn't waste your energy on, but if I say nothing I feel like I'm letting it be...and I can't do that. It's a principal issue.
Look it's a free world, you're entitled to an opinion, but this is just dumb.
I feel our personal freedom is limited already...and you want to tie the hands of an entire race? You might as well banish the whole race from your country, you're basically sending that message. Or go old school style on it and enslave them...wow man. I just...I'm kinda speechless here.
As I said it's a principal issue. And I can honestly say I'd rather be killed in a hijacking incident (if we say that middle eastern people really do hijack planes) than have certain people not allowed to fly cause of their ethnicity. Every person deserves their freedom. This is just plain wrong man.
I'm not gonna go all fireworks at you, cause that'll do no good. But ****, you gave me the chance to do so. Wouldn't be surprised to see the middle eastern people that are members here go ballistic...and I wouldn't blame them either.
I'm not gonna do that though...there's one reason. I don't think you'll ever learn...

Seriously, thats a immature response to the problem, its not gonna help anyone at all, it will just make the westren countries a bigger target because we have ******* them off more.
Everyday people run the risk of death. When you walk to the shop, you might be struck by a car, when your drive a car you might have a accident. When you go for a swim, you might drown. Its the same with aeroplanes, you take an accepted risk for your safety. You might crash, heck, you might even be hijacked. Same thing happens in the streets, people mug you, steal your car, etc.
Instead of profiling by Race, airport security and the governments need to invest in the research and development of new technology to detect and alert authoritys of possibly dangerous items/materials.
I agree with allieking and azek, everyone deserves to be treated equally, regardless of race, rank in society, etc etc.

Yeah, but every terrorist attack that happened was in America and the UK, but there wasnt a plane coming from the Middle East. But I understand it, I dont want to blow up in 20000ft in the air just because some idiot went to war. There should be better security at the airports.
Terroist attacks are more common in the Middle East, but definetly not with planes. If you haven't heard... most planes set to bomb buildings have come from the states itself and the UK. "Derr, we should stop incoming planes from the Middle East" 9/11 and the attempted terroist attacks from the UK would have still happened. Those planes didn't come from the Middle East, fool.
Also, this racist stereotype against Middle-Eastern people is ridiculous. So let's switch it up, shall we? Most mentally retarded and physcologically inept people are Caucasian. It's a known fact. But no minorities have honestly assumed that all white people ride the short bus regardless of how ubiquitious the sight may be. So why let a few dozen Muslims out of millions, if not, billions of Middle-Easterners be assumed to be a potential terroist threat when they have not inflicted any stereotypes to your ethnicity?
