btw Trademarks protect names and copyrights protect works you can't copyright a name in the U.S.. Essentially trademarking and copyrighting is the same though mainly...

HUGE MISCONCEPTION: You can copyright a name in the U.S. Yes I have talked to an actual lawyer who deals with music deals.
