Now I KNOW Tami is make believe. There ain't a woman alive who has never screamed at her man for one thing or another at some point, especially if they've been together for a considerable amount of time.

I don't have to do a lot of "hands on" anymore in construction but every now and then I have to help the guys of my framing crew with a very complex roof system they are having issues with. Sometimes the truss package is not labled correctly or they have some of the trusses flipped and you have to be able to "see" the finished product to figure it out.

I love their philly, I am not supposed to eat them, but sometimes I just can't help but to indulge my taste buds once in awile.

I have gained a few pounds, ask any person who used to work out heavy what happens when you stop working out and they will almost always say you gain weight easily. The body is used to taking in and burning off a massive amount of calories so it is a big change your body must go through.

I am 6' 2" and 270 pounds, I have the linebacker build with a little more gut than would seem healthy, and I agree, lol.

Mostly my issue with my doctor is my cholesterol. I have mild high blood pressure issues and a family trend to heart disease so things like a philly are not supposed to be on my menu.

I used to work with a guy that was a competitive body builder in a former life, and I guess he won a lot of those competitions.

He showed us pictures of what he used to look like and I couldn't beleive it was the same man, despite how many years had passed.

He wasn't just a little chubby, he was an an absolute ******, with a distictive waddle.

I actually broke up with a guy for having soft hands. He reached over to hold my hand and it was softer than my own! I literally almost vomited right then and there.

Well we can all drop dead tomorrow I guess, but sometimes you can help or hurt your chances I suppose.

I drink sweet tea, that is my main drink pretty much everywhere I go. Apple juice and orange juice for breakfast and if I have to, I will drink a sprite or other clear soda if nothing else is available, I love my home water but cannot drink city water and most bottled waters are ****.

I grill three nights or more a week as a kind of middle ground to still eat what I want but let a lot of the grease drip off. I love cheese, just about any kind of cheese. If you open my fridge you will see around 7 different kinds of cheese in there at any one time.

The doctor does not like that either

Believe me, I have to fight to stay just a little chunky, I had a lot of people i knew from those circles working out with each other who have gotten huge. I joke with one guy and tell him if he was two inches shorter he would be perfectly round, lol.

Really? Someone disagrees with you on occasion so you just put them on "ignore"? People don't live up to YOUR expectations, so you put them on "ignore"? You can't control how someone reacts to you, so you put them on "ignore"?

Seems like a yellow belly move to me.

Sure, we all have our disagreements here from time to time, but is it really necessary to just flat out ignore someone for it? Nobody's perfect. Man up, face the conflict, try to find a resolution, and if you absolutely can't then agree to disagree.

I've never been one to dole out flowery, poetic sentiments, TJ. I guess I was simply trying to make a point and sometimes I can be rather direct when I do so. It's part of my abrasive, offensive charm.

I said that I think simply ignoring someone is a cowardly ACT. That act doesn't necessarily define you as a person. It's simply one behaviorial trait that I find to be in poor taste.

I'll admit that having your hand slapped when you try to reach out to someone hurts. But are you truly willing to receive eddo's truce without conditions?

If not, then you are both to blame for the bad blood between you.

And personally, I think anything can be resolved if both parties want it to be but again, that's just my opinion.
