Just wondering, how did you all hear about this website??
I found it when i was out of work with a broken leg. I was on a lot of hydrocodone and don't remember how i found it.

At GF there are only 3 rules, no personal THREATS (name calling is not a threat), make some sense when you rebute on a SERIOUS topic, and no child porn.

Its no wonder a BBS board like GF draws in others to stay. Better functionality, and they believe in members actually ENJOYING there stay.

I found this place on another forum I visit, it was broadcast as a place where all these crazy Americans weer in need of a good poking so it immediately drew my attention. The sad thing was, when I arrived, I actually kinda liekdthe attitude of the place.

Saying that, I've not been around for a while, but that's because of the usual evils of reality clouding my enjoyment of life. I missed you guys giving me bad rep, but wey-hey! First post in ages got me TWO bad rep votes from moer cowardly creatures who couldn't even give a reason, let alone a name... damn this place is lovely...

That's actually funny that you said that eddo... for quite a while, GF rarely had any girls who would frequent the site. We didn't really start gaining any females until about summer of 05'( round the same time you also joined ). Until that time, we mainly had a bunch of bitches and name callers who made the site suck.Other then that, it was pretty much just Tori, who started Moderating first before I came along..

For a bit of history, the site was not moderated until 10-25-2004 .

Tori did it just by herself, but then took a leave to go to school, Bob didn't even really ask me if I wanted to moderate, I just found a nice little surprise member level update waiting for me when I signed on, with a message from Bob asking me to help turn the site around.

My idea was easy... weed out the idiots, however we see fit...

I found the site when we where doing a network for a high School. It was on the list of sites they wanted blocked, actually it was in the top-10 list of sites they wanted blocked. Curiosity after that. And ta-da here I am.

I can come up with a list of ten sites far worse than GF.
