Actually it's been there a long time but it was one of the bases supposedly closed due to expenditures. Navy ships are there year round.

Yes, freedom is a birthright of any man. However, it is the natural state of those with some sort of peerage to want to rule and lord over other men or lesser men.
We are not truly free until it is won. We are not truly safe until our homesteads are secure.
You didn't have to ask for anyone to kill for you. Killing for the sake of freedom and security has been going on for hundreds of years. You have to meet force with force with basic human freedoms are constricted by lords, magistrates, tyrants, and that fukking ******* in Rome with a pointy hat.

What I learned and experienced in the USMC, made me realize that freedom has to be fought for and protected. Our way of life has to be protected, our Constitution has to be protected at all costs.
