Putting her virginity up for bid.

Just because the circles you run in are that way, don't think everyone else is living that way.
The circles that I run in? *** you, TJ. *** you straight in the ***. It's not people I am friends with or hang around with and for you to pretend that kinda doesn't happen where you are at, you are full of it.

My point is there is all good things as proof to her honest career in politics, for you to "assume" she has not earned her way you have to start imagining evil hidden things. I prefer to believe the proven facts and give her the credit she has earned through many years of slefless service to her comminity instead of making up imaginary reasons to hate her..
First of all, I didn't assume anything. I was asking you how you knew and were sure. And for you to think that her looks and gender played no part in her being selected, you are VERY naive, in denial or both.

Blah, blah, blah...
As for the rest of your dribbel, I have no desire to continue to waste my time running around in circles with you. I have already stated my views, yet you want to continue twisting my words to find something to criticize and make yourself feel right and special. NEWSFLASH: Everyone doesn't see things the way you do.

I'm betting she ain't a virgin. I ain't no prude but the crudity of our society is starting to annoy me.

It annoys me also when I click through the cable channels and every other channel has a show whose primary purpose is simply to display some bimbo or bimbos body. Who the **** watches that ****?

Girls, especially young ones have no real role models except for morons like Paris Hilton who have never worked or stood for any morality....I don't think she stands for much she usually is on her back. The fact of the matter is that the women on TV are usually slamhounds who've given more rides than greyhound and look the part as well. When did brains become so out of style?

As much as I despise the show Hannah Montana, at least she doesn't look like a ****
ahem

Perhaps some parents should start looking inwards rather than outwards when trying to find reasons for the lack of morality in the world today.

Using words like bimbo, **** and slamhound and taking bets on the state of a stranger's virginity: it all sounds very 'crude' to me.

Yeah, involvement in the PTA and volunteering IS a fool proof way to tell...- pft! You know how many cougars and housewives I know of that are at home cheating on their husbands who also attend PTA meetings and also fit the "soccer/hockey mom" mold?

I am sorry, it sounded like you were offering personal experience, not just rumor spreading without any real knowledge about these women you were speaking about. Of course your use of profanity does show you to not really be in the kind of circles I move in. I don't associate with people who "fool around" and refuse to waste my life listening to rumors, most of the time rumors are 100% lie made up by bitter people.

I prefer to believe people are good and honest until they prove otherwise. I don't see any reason to change my standards just because you are jumping to negative conclusions about a woman just because she is pretty.

First of all, I didn't assume anything. I was asking you how you knew and were sure. And for you to think that her looks and gender played no part in her being selected, you are VERY naive, in denial or both.
Right there your assuming her looks played a part, you cannot prove it did and claim I am somehow bad if I do not agree with your assumption. You cannot read McCain's mind or offer any hard proof to back up your claim she is only in the job for her looks but your saying it as fact anyway.

That is the very definition of assumption.

As for the rest of your dribbel, I have no desire to continue to waste my time running around in circles with you. I have already stated my views, yet you want to continue twisting my words to find something to criticize and make yourself feel right and special. NEWSFLASH:
The only thing I pointed out was your assumptions that a woman who is pretty cannot possibly earn their way through life. I find that very Pessimistic and simply pointed that out.

NEWSFLASH: Everyone doesn't see things the way you do.
Back at you, unfortunately your the only one being ugly and resorting to base/hurtful personal attacks to include the use of profanity, I never lose my self control in such ways, especially over stuff on the internet.

Now you did not actually hurt my feelings but clearly you attempted to and that desire on your part proves it was you who cannot accept other views, not me.

Look you annoying little mosquito, I thought I made it clear I was through arguing with you. I find it very odd & curious that you would take it so personally and make it your mission to defend a woman you know nothing about. A woman like Sarah Palin would never give a nobody peasant like you the time of day (and neither would most women.) She obviously goes for men of stature and power and seems to think looks are important, too, by the looks of her husband. I'm thinking you probably look like a mix of your avatar and Willie Nelson.

So you just keep fantasizing and being an angry, foolish, ridiculous little man by yourself. I'm through arguing with you AGAIN. And I'll just continue being "pessimistic" and being jealous of a much older woman who looks just like a librarian- ha!

Definitely. There are strip clubs all across the nation where men of all ages are perfectly willing to throw money at girls, to help pay for college.
I try to do my part to support young college age girls. I mean, books, tuition, room and board, that's expensive. :D
They should put you and all other strip club patrons up for sainthood. Being so selfless and all, thinking about nothing but putting those girls into collge:D

Hey, your the one creating imagined insults to toss at me so clearly your the one taking it personally, not me. You are just ****** I pointed out your petty attacks saying a pretty woman cannot possibly earn their way through life.

Being as your so trapped on looks I can only figure you have none. But, looks are not everything, even if your outward appearance is less than stellar, you have shown here that it is your insides that are truly ugly.

Outward beauty will fade with time, inward ugliness will continue to get worse as you age.

So you just keep fantasizing and being an angry, foolish, ridiculous little man by yourself. I'm through arguing with you AGAIN. And I'll just continue being "pessimistic" and being jealous of a much older woman who looks just like a librarian- ha!
I never saw a librarian that looked as good as her, in fact after having 5 kids she should look like 200 pounds of chewed up bubblegum considering most women let themselves go once they get pregnant. Maybe that is why so many of you ladies hate her, she never let herself go.

Anyway, nice to how the Liberal minds work over and over again like programmed robots. You can't support your attacks with facts so you turn to personal attacks to cover your failures.

I am giggling my behind off at how predictable this illness called liberals is sometimes.

Have a nice day :)

You did make it sound like she hangs out with "whores" and "adulterers" in your reply, with that said, I think the profanity and name calling needs to take a step back.

If she took it that way that is her issue, not mine, I was making a very clear point, she was making "assumptions" (again) about the women she mentioned as well. I made her admit these women she was talking about were not in her circle and she really could not say for sure if they were fooling around or not but her lack of factual information did not prevent her from calling these other women whores either.

I have no idea why Chi took such a hostile stance against women who are good looking but from the very beginning I was only saying that it would be great for women with low self-esteem (like the girl selling her virginity) to see a strong successful woman make it to the VP office, that is all. Chi started saying pretty women could not possibly be successful on their own and things built from there.

Concerning the bad language and hateful attacks Chi made, this is the internet, anyone who gets that out of control over things written on a forum is clearly admitting they are wrong but too insecure to admit it. By blowing up, they change the subject and can get away from the topic without taking responsibility for their comments.

Awww Anna....I'm sorry if my "crude" language damages your delicate sensibilities. I promise to tone it down for your benefit in the future.

I am also greatly troubled and dismayed that my afore mentioned language has caused you to challenge my morality and role model status in regards to my daughter. It would be an insurmountable challenge for me to reach the high pedestal that you sit on.

Again....sooooo sorry. It was not my intention to offend.

The funny part is while she accused you word use as "crude", she gave +rep to Chi for using much worse language against me.

Anyway, your right, all kids look for heros and hard working parents are busy.......well working for a living and not around as much as we would like to be. Even when we are around we have a home to clean, bills to pay, food to cook, cloths to fold (that is the chore I hate the most), etc. When I was young baseball players and such were the heros, now kids are looking at rap artists and train wrecks like Paris Hilton as their heros and it is definately taking it's toll on society. Even the sports heros are busted for drugs or dog fighting, our kids don't really have the solid heros we had as kids.

Parents can still try to offer a good example through example but a hard working mom and dad grinding out an honest existence hardly looks comparable to the kind of life these rappers and such live so the kids are seeing that.

I agree...folding clothes sucks (oops!)....I mean folding clothes is yucky  . I love doing laundry...just not the folding.

As for rappers, my girls are a little young yet for them as role models. They prefer the girly types. I refer to it all as "bubble gum" culture. Sweet, cloying, sticky and fake.

I sure wish oversize sweatshirts were the style......

Now excuse me while I take my poor morals and go stain the deck and then make cupcakes for my 7 year old's Birthday.

Hey, I love baking stuff for school. I have always been the cook in my home, I always tell my women I don't mind cooking as long as they help me clean up. My special is cream puffs, very few people still know how to make these from scratch but I make them at least once a month. Stuffed Lamb chops is my favorite meal to fix for company.

My little girl is 10 and is more a tomboy at this point. I have had her in martial arts for 5 years now and she is very into several sword styles right now. I started wearing pads when we open hand spar last year because she hits harder than some guys do now. My sister's kid is two months younger than mine and she got her "visitor" and is developing bumps already. I am dreading this new arrival with my daughter (it just seems too soon).

I know it is normal but I will miss her being my little girl. As I consider her getting older and developing into a young woman, I find myself looking around trying to see things the way she might see them, to try and understand why so many girls end up either in dead end relationships or swinging on a striper pole. I see my job as doing everything in my power to teach her that she is important and loved. I treat her special and I am trying to instill in her that it is okay to be a woman and be successful, that you don't have to sell your pride or womanhod to make your way through life.

You bake cream puffs ? :D They are fun to make. They are also really good with roast beef, horseradish and BBQ sauce stuffed inside. I looove cooking.

I know what you mean about growing up too fast. My oldest is only 8....with bumps...and last night I showed her how to shave her legs.....after a not so positive incident :D They're both in Karate and Gymnastics, and Soccer.....and swimming at various times. keeping them busy is key and developing friendships with like minded individuals helps. Sports and outside interests make a huge difference in their outlooks.....aka...no time or too tired for TV :D

I never tried to stuff them with anything else, I will try that this weekend.

I know, me loving to cook makes me odd, I am also the only male school volunteer at my kids elementary school, lol. There are a few men on the PTA but I am the only man on most of the parent/school groups for giving our opinions on things like the *** education classes to the investigations the school does.

Combine that with me being 6 foot 2 inches tall and 265 pounds and you have a very odd guy, lol.

I love your parenting even if others try to poke holes in it, I have almost the same policy, run, run, run some more till they drop, very little time for television, lol.

lol. You didn't damage or offend me at all - I was poking fun at you. You and Hugo were the ones sitting on moral pedestals (while talking like sailors).

As for TJ - I saw your comment before I logged in. I repped Chi for calling you on your hypocritical behaviour, like every person here should. It had nothing to do with her 'language'. Once again, you are twisting something to make it seem like something it isn't.

Stop pretending you still have me blocked, you know darn well you look at what I post. It was Chi being hypocritical, not me. If anything I was defending the right of all women to be judged by their actions, not their looks.

Why is it Liberals all "say" they want this for all women but when they are challenged with a Conservative woman who is that very definition of professional and successful, all you liberals get hung up on is her looks?

Practice what you preach, if you want women to been seen as something other than what they look like, start doing that yourself.
