Y do mods and admins always have a lil' title under their username?

NO.. ugh! how is it so hard?? blue members are just those who haven't been around as long, green members are those who have been here for a while... yellow are mods, and red is admin. whoa. so hard. im not sure if im correct about the blue and green, but that's what i gather.
