Based off one of the trivia answers, I think song might talk about the many lies someone gives to "qwerty" person to have them react the way they want. When Mike raps "there was a time when the lie wasn't out of control" he could be meaning the lies are increasing day by day and then when he raps "every memory, every question pouring outta my soul" he might mean the person is now wondering if the memories they spent with the liar were real or fake and now their questioning whither everything they did for the liar was for a purpose.

This just my opinion. Who knows it could be right.
 
Actually, I think the working title has no connection to the song and it's meaning, like Papercut, Faint, Figure.09, And One, Hit the Floor, and Points of Authority. Look at the names Untitled, Rhinestone, Super Xero, and Esaul. All of those songs got titles that corresponds to meaning and lyrics of the songs. My opinion, don't read to much in the name of the song, atleast not untill we hear the whole song, but I doubt the name QWERTY will correspond to the name of the song, unless the song is about keyboards, illegal pornography, or a scrabble like game.

lol. Hit the Floor is actually about that. Listen to the song. HTF is not a working title. And Esaul is a friend of the band. It's a name, so the song has nothing to do with that :p
 
I don't consider HTF to be related to the song based on my interpretation of the song and the title... And while Esaul may be the name of a friend, it was obviously a working title... Qwerty is also a name as well. It's a name the layout of the keyboard that you and most of the world uses...
 
qwerty wood be an awesome track name, just my opinion.

u dont need the song to actually hav lyrics from the song, papercut,figure 0.9 jus for measure. i mean figure 0.9? it made no sense to me, apparently it was spose to be the 9th track or somthing, but obivously its 8.
so maybe qwerty is one of the initial tracs recorded on shinodas laptop(lyric wise), and he just needed a title, and whoala, "qwerty" lol

I beleive the name of the song we call QWERTY has a title for it and the name QWERTY is just a code name.. the actull name of the song according to wikipidia.com is Tentatively... and according to Last.fm scource on the new album to be released in early 2007 and the code name for the new album is called YunGodtre but that is not going to be the actull album name.. they are still working on a name.. hope i could help :p
