i agree with the site downloads part, it will keep trading alive, as i said, if someone misses a show then they trade someone else for it

Ok... I've let a few in on this and it's received a generally good response... So I figured I'd finally post it here.

In the last 2 weeks, I've gotten 3 pretty rare tracks. These aren't really traded as far as I know as only a handful of people would have had access to them.

Kill The Flies - Track #2 from the 'Sean Dowdell and His Friends' tape.

Commit - previously unreleased and CONFIRMED authentic Grey Daze demo track.

Come On - previously unreleased and CONFIRMED authentic Grey Daze demo track.

If anyone wants to hear samples of them, let me know. Confirmation of the SDAHF track was made by comparing lyrics to those as pictured in the pics received from the last known seller of the tape. Demos were confirmed by 2 former members of Grey Daze, one being Chester himself in a conversation he had with a moderator from the LPU at my request.

Thanks bro... All I have on here, my laptop, is the WD mp3 from you, the FM ITE thing, & the albums. -Meteora, comp. didn't want to read that, lol.

wow. interesting stuff. I'd die to hear those Grey Daze demo's, but meh.

I'm gettin bored, get rare commons up, lol.

Yeah, now I have something to do. BTW, is that concert's quality good, because the version I used to have had a messed up pitch and speed. I could just check it myself, but that'd take awhile wasting to dl it, and all.

While luck has a bit to do with it...

It all comes down to my views on sharing this stuff. The guy I got them from sent them to me because he'd read about my collection... Including the Grey Daze CDs and how I was looking for the SDAHF tape. Knowing that I was a Grey Daze fan at that point, he gave them to me. In return, I sent him some stuff he'd been looking for... So it really wasn't a 'trade' in the traditional sense. Most people would have asked for a lot in return for the tracks, but he didn't.

So... I'll be hanging onto them for a bit, possibly trading them if anyone really wants to have them first... But they'll each eventually be hosted on fan sites, exactly where they should be. It might not be a popular decision amongst the traders, but these files deserve to be in the hands of fans, just like all of the other demos.

Keep an eye out in the coming months for a file each to show up fow download on their 3 most likely destinations - forfeitthegame.com (thanks to crewdy), lpfuse.co.uk (thanks to Energy) and lpcollectors.com (thanks to Marco) to help save on bandwidth if a single site were to offer them.

Again, if anyone wants samples, let me know.

That said... If those interested in trading for these would like me to hold off on releasing them for an extended period, I can certainly accomodate that. I fully realize the rarity of these files at the moment and their assumed value to some.
