This morning the police shot dead a man they think was a suicide bomber... they had to shoot him on a tube train in front of a load of passengers. This is pretty scary really... things have got to a state when the British police are shooting people, because that hardly ever happens here. They aren't even completely sure if he was guilty or not, but I support their actions. *If* he was innocent, it's sad, but why take a chance, if to find out he *was* a bomber, and let the people on the train get blown up because of police hesitation?
This must be a really awkward time for the emergency services.
