today has been awfull, got up this morning and the house is a mess, mainly the kids fault. i kinda got all upset and shouted at them and i ended up in tears. think were going through a rough patch atm because all i seem to do is get upset at the smallest thing.

i just wanna feel like me again and not feel like my family is falling apart
