Once again, you show your ignorance of the Constitution. The federal government did not "make a law" to prohibit executing the retarded. Activist judges improperly interpreted the Constitution to prohibit the states from executing violent retarded (or good fakers) scumbags. Your ACLU version of the Constitution is itself unconstitutional by any rational reading of the Constitution.

Somehow I managed to miss that. I would apologized to hugo but he called me a pedo. So once he apologizes for that I will apologize for going off... even though I am certain that post came after he started calling me a pedo.
