Did you call the cops? Did they catch them? I'm not super cool with people dying over this, but I am totally ok with neighbors protecting each other and their property.

Hero Joe can live next to me anytime he wants. I'd love a neighborhood where neighbors look after each other like that.
  4. what a maroon.... but LMAO @ him!
  5. Exactly. Prices aren't what they are now because there is a shortage, they are high because OPEC knows it has us by the nuts. Healthy competition always lowers prices.
  6. Not 3.0 I haven't. But when I first started using Firefox a couple years back I ran some side by side tests to see which would load faster, and Firefox kicked IE's scrawny white ass. lol IE seems to wait til the entire page is loaded to show any of it to you, while Firefox shows you enough to look around and then loads the rest of the page- if that makes any sense.
  7. I've always found it to be the exact opposite. Firefox has always loaded pages faster for me. I don't have 3.0 though.

    Bugs you find

There is a FAQ over at TJ on how to fix that.
  9. I wish I could tell you that you are wrong, but original ideas must not sell much, or are just flat out non-existent in the entertainment industry nowadays. However, some of the remakes are pretty sweet. Some of my recent favs that would be considered unoriginal story ideas: Both Narnia movies Lord of the Rings trilogy (I hear The Hobbit is soon to be in the works) Transformers (good action, poor story). X-Men trilogy ya know, back in college I actually did a paper on this very idea in a writing class. It was based on how the movie Days of Thunder was basically a Top Gun remake. I got an A+.
  10. The dark one is nice. me likey.
  11. I highly suggest that if you decide to sell this idea (as it is a good one) that you use the proper use of "you're." or maybe not. Might be funnier with the wrong one.

  15. I dunno Snaf, her offer sounds more like she'll be serving Snafu-Stew to me...
  16. First time I filled up my first truck it was $.99 a gallon. $16 for a full tank. Damn, I miss those days...
  17. Sorry, I accidentally opened it last night when I was uploading kiddie porn on your computer. The feds will be showing up anyway, but more for that than the notepad thing. You really should have a different password than "ihearteddo". That was way to easy to guess...
  18. I'll just kill off Bender and live off of his food.
  19. Yeah, they tried it Snafu, but they couldn't get the eloctrolisis to create enough hydrogey to do much of anything. Others have stated (and I have no idea for sure) that you need more energy to extract the hydrogen than you get from doing it, so it's a no win situation.
  20. They tried that on Mythbusters, and it didn't work so well.
  21. from what Howard Dean said on the Tonight show last night- Edwards only had like 25 delegates, so it isn't like it is gonna immediately change things if they all go for Hillary or Obama. I gotta say though, a Obama/Edwards ticket may just be harder to beat than Obama/Clinton...
  22. Job 40:15 "Look at the behemoth, [a] which I made along with you and which feeds on grass like an ox. 16 What strength he has in his loins, what power in the muscles of his belly! 17 His tail sways like a cedar; the sinews of his thighs are close-knit. 18 His bones are tubes of bronze, his limbs like rods of iron. 19 He ranks first among the works of God, yet his Maker can approach him with his sword. The footnote for verse 15 says it could be a hippo or an elephant, but both of them have tiny tails, and could hardly be compared to a cedar tree. Dino?? could be.
  23. The Bible doesn't mention aardvarks, but it doesn't mean they don't exist, or that religions want to suppress them. Some people do think we are it. I dunno. The universe is so vast and unknown that just about anything is possible. Maybe there is a world where there is a version of me that gets along with a version of wez. I doubt it though.
  24. I think that is a phenomenal idea!
  25. Yeah, cuz the Iraq War is doing so much to get us oil and bring down fuel prices...
